Requirements for rental

The renter/driver must be at least 21 years old. Renters between the ages of 21 and 24 are subject to additional fees and cannot rent Premium, Special, SUV, Minivan, Van, Utility and Luxury vehicles. Additional drivers are required to be at least 25 years old.

The lessee (client) must present their original driving license when arriving at the counter, issued in their country of origin, valid and within the expiration period. In the case of an international driving license, it must be presented together with the driving license of the country of origin.

The renter must present their original and valid passport together with their driver's license.

The renter must present a valid international credit card, owned by them, within the expiration period, issued by a bank and with a sufficient credit limit to authorize the guarantee deposit. Third-party credit cards, cards not linked to banks, or cards not authorized for international operations will not be accepted. Credit card approval is solely the responsibility of the rental company. Online and advance payment does not exempt the renter from presenting the international credit card when picking up the vehicle, to cover the guarantee deposit and possible destination fees not included in the prepaid coupon (for example: fuel, accident insurance, special services, rates, etc.). All additional fees not included in the prepaid coupon will be charged at the destination.
